General Terms and Conditions of Mobility Hub Parkservice GmbH for online parking service bookings
Last updated: 02.06.2026
The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply exclusively to the sale of parking services via the online sales channels (hereinafter: "Online Shop") of Mobility Hub Parkservice GmbH, legally represented by its Managing Director Volker Brockmeyer, Nördliche Münchner Straße 27a, 82031 Grünwald, Tel.: +49 (0) 89 2778299 51, info@mh-parkservice.de, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," in the version valid at the time of the respective booking.
The Operator recommends that you print or save these GTC and other legal and contractual texts to document your transaction.
The Operator does not store the full text of the contract for each individual transaction.
1. Scope, definitions, and contact information
1.1 These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the Operator for the parking services presented in this Online Shop. For the purposes of these GTC, parking services are defined as all products and services that can be booked from the Operator via the Online Shop.
1.2 We hereby object to the inclusion of any of the customer's own terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing.
1.3 For the purposes of these GTC, "customer" refers to both consumers and entrepreneurs.
- 1.3.1 A consumer, as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
- 1.3.2 An entrepreneur, as defined by Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
1.4 You can contact the Operator by mail at the registered address: Mobility Hub Parkservice GmbH, Nördliche Münchner Straße 27a, 82031 Grünwald, Tel.: +49 (0) 89 2778299 51, info@mh-parkservice.de.
2. Subject matter of the contract / Booking options
2.1 Customers can book and pay for the following parking services via the Online Shop:
- Online payment for parking (Realtime Payment): In accordance with these GTC, users of the parking facilities specified in the product description are given the option to pay the parking fee online before exiting, as an alternative to paying at a parking machine on-site ("Realtime Payment").
- Digital post-payment option (Post Payment): Users are given the option to pay the fee for a completed parking session online for a certain period after exiting ("Post Payment"). Post Payment is available for up to 24 hours after exiting, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- Fixed-price tickets: In accordance with these GTC, users are given the option to purchase fixed-price tickets for a pre-determined parking duration (e.g., daily tickets or long-term parking tickets (weekly, monthly, and annual passes)).
- Automated payment processing via Automatic Payment: "Automatic Payment" is a fully automated, camera-based parking payment system that processes usage sessions automatically. Customers with a user account can participate in Automatic Payment and store an accepted payment method ("Payment Method"). The parking fee due, plus a service fee (between 0 and 10% depending on the parking area), will be charged to the stored payment method.
Not all parking services are available for all parking areas. The respective product description in the Online Shop is decisive. The terms of use posted on-site at the time of use apply to the use of the parking area itself.
2.2 The Operator is the contractual partner for the use of the parking area specified in the product description. However, the conclusion of a parking contract and the provision of parking spaces are not the subject of these GTC. Instead, the General Parking Terms and Conditions and tariffs posted on-site at the parking area specified in the product description at the time of entry shall apply.
3. Contract conclusion
3.1 The parking services presented by the Operator in the Online Shop do not constitute legally binding offers to conclude a contract, but rather serve as an invitation to the customer to submit a binding contractual offer (invitatio ad offerendum).
3.2 The customer submits a legally binding purchase offer by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. The customer is bound to this purchase offer for fourteen days from the time of booking. The Operator is entitled to reject the customer's purchase offer until it has been accepted.
3.3 The contract is only concluded once the operator sends a confirmation of acceptance. Immediately after the booking is received, the operator will send a booking confirmation (payment receipt) to the email address provided by the customer. This serves as both documentation of the booking and as acceptance of the contract in accordance with Section 312i (1) sentence 1 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
4. Detailed description of the booking process
In accordance with Section 312i (1) sentence 1 no. 2 BGB in conjunction with Art. 246c no. 1 EGBGB, the operator must provide the customer with the individual technical steps that lead to the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mobility Hub Parkservice GmbH, Nördliche Münchner Straße 27a, 82031 Grünwald, widerruf@mh-parkservice.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

6.2 Booking processing and communication generally take place via email. The customer must therefore provide a valid email address and ensure that the receipt of emails sent by the operator is not blocked by spam filters or similar technical measures.
6.3 The customer shall not share their customer account, password, or other access credentials with third parties.
6.4 The customer acknowledges that they must provide the correct license plate number during the booking process and that the booked parking service is valid only for that specific vehicle and is not transferable to other vehicles.

7.1 Parking sessions recorded via Automatic Payment are billed at the operator's discretion either daily, weekly, or monthly via collective payment, or immediately after each parking session. The customer will receive a corresponding statement or payment receipt at their registered email address.
7.2 The operator charges a service fee for each parking session processed via Automatic Payment in addition to the parking fee owed. This is calculated as a percentage of the parking fee and varies between 0% and 10% depending on the location. The applicable percentage is displayed to the customer during the activation process and in their user profile.
7.3 The customer can register up to 3 license plates for Automatic Payment. They may only register license plates for a vehicle they are authorized to use as the registered owner or as a person authorized by the owner. If the customer is not the owner, they must inform the owner. The customer agrees to inform all persons to whom they entrust the vehicle about the registration.

The customer confirms that all attributable parking sessions are performed or at least authorized by them. The customer agrees to notify the operator immediately in the event of misuse or theft. The customer is only liable for unauthorized use prior to such notification if they contributed to the misuse through a culpable breach of their obligations.
7.5 You can deactivate your license plate for Automatic Payment at any time via your customer account. Once deactivated, automated payment processing will no longer be possible; you will need to pay for parking using one of the other available payment methods.
7.6 We reserve the right to terminate Automatic Payment, in whole or in part, for any reason by providing 3 days' notice.
7.7 You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method always has sufficient funds and must notify us immediately of any changes to your stored details. If a charge to your account fails, you agree to pay the outstanding parking fees, plus any applicable costs, within 14 days. If you have outstanding payments, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to Automatic Payment after notifying you via email. We also reserve the right to suspend your account if unusual transactions or usage suggest potential criminal activity or other misuse.
